The Ooni Soda 16 runs on either propane or natural gas. That means if they already have a gas powered outdoor BBQ (using those propane cans you can swop out at the grocery store), they’ll be able to power this Ooni Koda 16 pizza oven. If they don’t have a propane tank, it’s easy to get one and a small price to pay for restaurant quality pizza in their own home.
The oven heats up to a scorching 950f and will cook fresh stone-baked pizza in as little as 60 seconds. It can handle pizzas up to 16″ in size and cook other things like meat joints, breads and more.
