I am 60+ and it’s been 2 years since I’ve ridden a bicycle. The XP Lite is so much fun to ride, I can’t believe it. Prior to my purchase I read reviews and watched You Tube videos. I use pedal assistance 1 to start off and can move to level 2 to climb up slight hills. You have to be careful when making turns. If you want to feel like you are 10 years old again buy this Lectric XP Lite
